Manipur wushu players presented the gift of the 2015 year-end to sports lovers by winning overall championship title of the 24th Senior National Wushu Championship at the Gymnasium Hall of Punjab University.
Manipur players respectively won 13 gold, 8 silver and 8 bronze medals in Taolu events.
In sanshou events, Manipur won 4 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals respectively.
Manipur team was be led by Sachidananda M as Manager and Th Lalitchandra as coach for Taolu events and Ch Chinglembi Chanu as Manager and Y Brojen as coach for Sanshou events.
